Sarah Young is originally from California and moved to Ohio in 2000, where she began a career grounded in service, education, and integrity. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Belmont College and went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Muskingum University.

In 2019, Sarah expanded her professional path by earning her real estate license through Hondros College. Driven by a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence, she continued her education and achieved her Ohio Real Estate Broker’s License in 2025.

With a strong foundation in professionalism, ethics, and client advocacy, Sarah has built her real estate career around honesty, transparency, and personalized service. She recognized a growing need for refined, knowledgeable guidance for buyers and sellers who value expertise, clear communication, and results.

In 2026, Sarah proudly opened her own real estate brokerage in Coshocton, Ohio. She is excited to serve her community by educating clients on the principles of buying and selling property, protecting their interests, and delivering a seamless, informed real estate experience from start to finish.
